Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following in conjunction with our Covid 19 Information before booking:

Credit or debit card details are required to secure all bookings – no payment will be taken as deposit.
Bills to be settled before or on arrival.
Sorry we do not accept pets.
No smoking anywhere inside the property, this includes e cigarettes (This is the Law)
No naked flames – includes candles, lighters, matches etc
Lost keys will incur a £20 replacement charge
Minimum 2 night stays on some dates
Any unacceptable behaviour which causes a nuisance or disturbance to others or any mistreatment or damage to our property may result in the termination of your stay without refund. You will also be liable for the cost of any repair or replacement required.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully before booking:

Cancellations can be made for free up until the day before arrival.
Cancellations on the day of arrival, the first night is payable in full.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm.
Check-out by 10.00am.
Late check-out and/or early check-in is by prior arrangement only, is subject to availability and may be charged at £20 per room per event.
