Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following in conjunction with our Covid 19 Information before booking:

  • A deposit of 25% is required when booking. This can be paid by card, BACS, cash (although we don’t suggest you send cash through the post) or cheque.
  • Bills to be settled on arrival.
  • Sorry we do not accept pets.
  • No smoking anywhere inside the property, this includes e cigarettes (This is the Law)
  • No naked flames – includes candles, lighters, matches etc
  • Lost keys will incur a £20 replacement charge
  • Minimum 2 night stays on some dates
  • Any unacceptable behaviour which causes a nuisance or disturbance to others or any mistreatment or damage to our property may result in the termination of your stay without refund. You will also be liable for the cost of any repair or replacement required.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully before booking:

  • For cancellations made up to 7 days before your arrival we will refund your deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, deposit will be lost.
  • Cancellations on the day of arrival, the first night is payable in full.
  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Check In/Out Times

Please read the following carefully before booking:

  • Check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm.
  • Check-out by 10.30am.
  • Late check-out and/or early check-in is by prior arrangement only, is subject to availability and may be charged at £20 per room per event.
